SAMMY AND SHORTY (3) Made ground when closing off to finish 4th last start at the track and back to more ground. Has good finishing speed. Challenged by a tougher grade. Expect to go close. MAY MAYHEM (6) Threw down a serious challenge last time around here and racing over extra ground. Might take a while to wind up but should be hitting top gear in the straight. In the mix. PARTY POOPER (2) Came in 4th last run here. Should improve and has a positive barrier. Rocco Bowen takes the reins today and returns to more ground. Challenged by more formidable competitors. One of the hopes.
